She was named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2025 and 2026 and was featured by DBusiness Magazine as one of its “30 in Their Thirties,” recognizing accomplished young professionals making an impact in their industries and communities. A proud graduate of Wayne State University and Detroit Mercy School of Law, Sandra earned her Juris Doctor in 2020 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan that same year. From the beginning of her career, Sandra knew she wanted to build something of her own—a law firm where clients would receive the resources and aggressive representation of a larger practice without sacrificing personal attention. At just 28 years old, Sandra turned that vision into reality and founded Kas-Mikha Legal Group, P.L.L.C. in 2022.
